With all of the problems in the world today, this tune from Marvin Gaye is as relevant now as when it was originally recorded. The song was recorded in 1972, when Gaye was working with the Mizell brothers (producers of Donald Byrd, Bobbi Humphrey, and other jazz-funk artists). Sessions for an upcoming album with the Mizells were cancelled (Gaye went on to record the Trouble Man soundtrack), and the song remained unreleased until being issued on a Gaye compilation in 2001.
